Men United in Song is a fresh Challenge for men in 2024, inspired by the nationwide
interest in community singing generated by people like Gareth Malone (The Choir) and groups like the Military Wives Choir.
Beginning in March, we want 40 local men to commit to a 10-week project and raise money for Prostate Cancer UK by learning to sing together under the direction of a professional Music Director. It will culminate in May with a live performance at the Swan Theatre in Worcester, and later a national performance in Nottingham in front of an audience of family, friends and member of the public.
No previous singing experience is necessary, just a willingness to step outside your comfort zone, get stuck in and give it a go. Here is what a previous participant said….
“We were just a bunch of ordinary guys from all walks of life, most of us had never sung before, and we sounded awesome! This is something all men should try once in their lives and it’s raising money for a great cause too!”
So, if you are looking for a fresh challenge and you would like to know more, please register your interest by hitting the button.
We would love to hear from you so you can start YOUR singing journey!
